Dimitri Vorbe

Dimitri Vorbe owner of Sogener a private electric company. Sogener was built by vorbe  using government funds and government supplies given to hm by ex president Rene Preval. Which he then converted into a private held company.  He was  supposed those gifts to provife  electricity. He has not he is frequently referred to as «  Neg blakawout la ». Dimitri also owns company that sells Delco, batteries and inverters which a lot of people see as a conflict in interest. He currently owes the Petrocaribe fund US$173,984,647 as of Sep. 30, 2016
