Mark Andrew Viard or Kiko Tru Rasta as he is also known is a resident of Cavaillon Haiti. he is part time musician full time impostor of American Haitian décent who lived in his parents home in haiti Cavaillon or port au prince and worked at his aunt chicken coop in Cavaillon. He also use to farm on his parents lands in Cavaillon. He is now in the New York New Jersey area
We were first contacted by an agronome (who’s name he asked not To be listed ) in the tigoave area. The imposter Mark Andrew Viard or kiko tru Rasta as he likes to be called pretended to be part owner of a chicken coop in Cavaillon “ferme des Antilles “ where he worked as a lackey. He made a deal with the agronome to sell Him some eggs because he was running low on in his coop. The imposter took money upfront for the eggs and never delivered not one case of eggs. The thief even decided that he was not going to give the money back even after several demands.
We were also contacted by a former partner. The were planting beans together and sharing the profits the thief again did not respect the term of the contract

Borrowing land to plant under the pretext of growing agricultural project. we have a lot of information about Mark Andrew Viard being a thief in the Cavaillon community. He has repetedly asked residents for the cavaillon community to use their land to farm and to share the profits. Year after year he has not respected any contracts or obligations. Worst of all He has hired many locals to help him farm his parents land and borrowed land had has refused to pay the local farmers.
We have been contacted by member of the church community who have told us that he has defrauded them of money as well.
