Jean Laguel Civil, Security Coordinator of President Jovenel Moïse who did not appear on July 13 at the invitation of the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince Me Bed-Ford Claude who wanted to hear him as part of the investigation into the assassination of President Jovenel Moise, banned from leaving the country, was arrested.
